Sakura (さくら) Viewing

If you are in Japan right now.. Ohh… Lucky You :D, this weekend you will see the full bloom of sakura (さくら) in the Kansai region (Kyoto, Osaka and Nara).

I must say, this must be the most lovely sight of Spring at this time of the year. Don’t you agree?

Lovely mix of pink and purple shade from Yoshimizu Shrine

And I can imagine one enjoying the lovely scene underneath the Sakura tree, having  treats from the picnic basket, sipping some wine and feeling at peace.

Not forgetting the light breeze with the sakura petals drifting in the air. Ahhhhh… What a lovely way to enjoy Spring 🙂

If you’ve missed out this weekend of Sakura viewing, fret not… refer here to where to find your next Sakura viewing spot.

Last but not least, if you have any traveling places or spot  this Spring, I invite you to share it with us via the Happy Spring Blog Hop.
